    Are you taking care of you? Really? Come and create a TEAM around yourself and have a better life. Let go of doing it all yourself. Classes begin with prayer and a self-inventory. A guided breathing meditation is done to quiet ourselves and then the space for new connection with God and others is created. Topics include: • Breathing exercises to promote relaxation and sleep • Gentle stretching for maximizing upright posture • Positioning to promote balance • Agility exercises to enhance coordination • Soothing, fact based communication models • Compassionate touch to build posture control • Pain control and personal problem solving • Questions and discussion • Hands-on demonstrations are done after the class (Home visitation upon request) The interests of the participants will guide the emphasis of the class and every class is customized to support the unique needs of each individual in the class. Class content is based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, Louise Hay and Osa Jackson Schulte, PhD, PT, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Assistant Trainer and Health Coach and invited guest speakers.
